Paul Cottee

Non-executive Director

Paul was appointed as a non-executive Director of HCIA in October 2024. He is currently the Managing Director of Audika Australia (a Demant Company) that is a global leader in hearing healthcare. In this role he leads a team of 800 staff responsible for working in 250 hearing retail stores across the country. Prior to joining Audika in 2023, Paul was Vice President Asia-Pacific for SomnoMed, the largest supplier of oral sleep apnoea devices. Paul is keen to help shape the future direction of the hearing care industry in Australia.
