Changing the lives of hearing-impaired Australians

HCIA have established a Hearing Aid Bank for low income working age hearing-impaired Australians who apply for financial assistance.

This assistance has been secured with the generous support of our members. Over the past 7 years we have supported more than 43 applicants and welcome applications any time throughout the year.

The aim of the Hearing Aid Bank is to assist those on low incomes, as defined by the Federal Government, who are either excluded from the paid workforce or at risk or leaving the paid workforce due to hearing loss.
