Grant Ewer

Grant joined the Board of HCIA at its 2025 AGM in November. 

Grant began his career as an Audiologist after graduating from Macquarie University in 2004. He has since held senior leadership roles in both retail and wholesale organisations, successfully driving market expansion and operational performance. His expertise spans retail strategy, governance, and innovation, making him a respected leader within the audiology industry. Today, Grant leads as Managing Director for Retail ANZ at WSA, advancing its purpose of ‘Wonderful Sound for All’.

Since joining WSA in 2019, Grant has overseen the Australia and New Zealand clinical network, delivering hearing services across more than 100 locations. In October 2025, he assumed the role of Managing Director for Retail ANZ. Grant also serves on the board of the New Zealand Hearing Industry Association (NZHIA
