Nina Quinn

Independent Chair, HCIA.

Nina was elected as Independent Chair at the 2025 AGM in November. She has been an independent Director on the Board since 2021 after serving as a member of HCIA since 2008. Nina is a qualified audiologist, who has worked for Government providers, industry manufacturers and served as the Managing Director, Neurosensory (2008-2024). Nina was the audiologist representative on the OHNS Clinical Committee as part of the Medicare Taskforce (2018- 2023), has been an Audiology Australia federal councillor, and has worked on numerous taskforces and committees, aimed at improving the access to, and quality of, hearing care for Australians.  
 
As Chair of HCIA, Nina is committed to ensuring clinically appropriate hearing healthcare services are accessible to everyone irrespective of age or where they live; developing, valuing, and growing clinical hearing healthcare professionals to enhance the quality and accessibility of hearing services in Australia; and fundamentally a commitment to lifetime hearing healthcare for Australians.

Nina has an MBA, is a qualified Audiologist with a Bachelor of Science, a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and currently is the CEO of Queensland Cardiovascular Group.
