Matthew Pitt

Non-executive Director

Matthew was appointed as a non-executive Director of HCIA in October 2023.  He is the Managing Director of Sonova Audiological Care Australia and manages the audiological brands Connect Hearing & Neurosensory.  He has been working in the Hearing industry since 2019. Matthew has an extensive career as a Retail Executive spanning 30 years starting on the shop floor including 5 years in the Optical industry with Luxottica and a further 10 in the Telecommunications arena leading retail teams. His very early career was spent in multi-site retail roles and store manager positions across various Retailers where he learned the importance of client or customer journeys and experiences.  He is passionate about innovation, omni channel and client led hearing solutions.
